Having been a long-time Netflix user, I was looking for a similar priced service on the Internet. I found itsHD.com and believing they were a low cost facility based on their webpage details I signed up. Then I figured out that they were charging me 42.47 per month. Even then I thought I had been SCAMMED! I thought I has cancelled right away on June 6th. Now, a month later a new charge of $43.42 appears on my credit card. This time I got on the phone and spoke to a lady from the islands. She said they had a "no refund" policy but would issue a partial refund in 5 to 10 days. I got off the phone very disillusioned and turn to you for help. I see this site as a money grab on the back of Netflix and I do not like it. My reference ticket with them is 557260. Can you help me to get a full refund for a service I have never used? Thank you.
