End of May entered into a contract to purchase a point of sale system software from restaurant manager, using Vendlease for loan. Vendlease released 1/2 $5,000 to Bi-State to purchase equipment and software. System was delivered and installed in a demo mode. Tablet and fingerprint recognition devices were missing. A training session for the manager portion was set up, owner told tech not to show up. System is crashing they used existing wiring at my location, they insist we are turning system off not true it has an issue. Owner will not return my calls to finish training per contract bring finger recognition and get us live and running. Owner left a letter on my desk 7/5 stating that I release the final payment before he will activate system. I have insisted that we have a live functioning system, with training on back of the house reports and set up first. At a stand off and out $10,000.
