In May I went to FYE at checkout I was told I could save 20% off my bill if I signed up for a free trial, I said no because I would forget to cancel the cashier told me that I didn't have to call and cancel, if I didn't sign the receipt I wouldn't get charged she never gave me a receipt to sign or a number to cancel I asked her again before I left the store if I had to cancel she said No if you don't sign the receipt they don't have permission to charge so why is it July 5 I get charged 11.99 to FYE BSP VI ALBANY NY causing my account to bounce???
