I was called about an approved application for a loan up to 3000. I was told to load money onto a Vanilla reload card to secure the loan. I was told that I would receive funds in my account within 30 minutes. They asked for 360 more dollars for insurance purpose and i declined and asked for a refund. They claimed to refund in 25 days.
