I was looking at their product online and then changed my mind! I know that I did not fill in all information and I exited their site! I received a mystery package with a jar of cream and NO other information ON the package or IN the package!!! Then I see a $93.00 charge from my bank with no information. I called the number from my bank and the customer service was of no help. They seemed trained in warding off any complaints. When you ask for a supervisor they say "not available". When you ask for your money back, they say they "can't do it". There is no information to call RVTL, the ONLY numbers are for "customer support". It is also very hard to understand the people who answer the phones because they have very heavy accents. I tried to call several times!
