Signed up in May for the free trail. Signed up for this and garcinia cambogia, which were both on the same site.
I received the package about a week later. At the end of 13/14 days I saw a charge for $88.92. At first I only saw the one company and product name (garcinia cambogia) and called to cancel. They wouldn't give me my money back. I canceled and thought that was the end of it. However, this month I saw another charge for same amount. It was the Natural Green Cleanse. I had no idea there were two companies and again felt infuriated.
I called them and got someone on the phone very quickly. It was early in the morning. I expressed my anger and frustration and they said they were having "technical issues with the phone" and asked me to call right back. They hung up and of course when I called back, no one answered.
I phoned multiple times and not a soul answered.
I went straight to my bank and cancelled by credit card. They were very understanding and told me to take a fraud claim out on the company. One big thing was that they were charging for a product I never received.
I called with the bank and someone answered surprisingly. The awesome person at the bank spoke to them and they agreed to refund. I am waiting to get the refund, but will call back if it doesn't come soon.
Horrible way of ripping people off. There was zero transparency and they are not good people. I pity the people who work for them.
