I received an unsolicited mailing with a vial of unidentified substance with sealed plastic. No information and totally not ordered by me. I am returning the package to the us post office and will file a federal complaint for a suspiscious substance and request the investigate. This is a potential mail fraud case leading to federal charges.in addition, this is a homeland security issue since I am afraid of what might be in the container.
