Contrary information from tuesday 25/06, bad to worse faulty brakes free campaigne and wants to charge, no parts on sparks

One is totally confused as horribles not the word.

Requested when vehicle was last serviced and previous owner. Amanda checked the database and said it was difficult to locate as databases of various GMs not linked.
One was also tried to trace the previous owner to which they had no record thereof.
Amanda Roos printed and told campaigne was free and there was no charge for brakes as was reasurred.
One had enquired the costing for a service on this car. Amanda requested a cambelt service. It was thursday morning 27/06 as we queued for a brake campaigne and asked what would it cost as one had no money now but a quote for future would suffice.
They had mentioned a free brake campaigne at no cost to me and one ensured that whiich one had heard.
The vehicle was supposed to have been returned to me on thursday and called them and was told no parts. Rochelle Quimpo was not able to explain and unable to return car as they broke springs.
Foreman Eugene Deker assured me no compensation and no courtesy car and appologised as the part will take 4 days as dringend as possible and will be fixed. As the foreman he assured they will get part and it will be ready.
So one complained as one was carless with short no notice and inconvenienced from thursday 27//06.
Received a call to replace windscreen and one enlightened the lady had no money now as would like to in the future as was very strange. That's not why brought my vehiicle in as it has a chip ontop.
One complained and Theresa callled me on monday 01/07 appologised and mentioned front desk are not always sure on what they say and do.
Also provided a vehicle for me and stated campaign cost 7000 and its free as that's best they could do en sy het niks van geld in te betaal nie. As its company ie GM needs to take reponsibility for their staff; training and knowledge on products and services prior to booking. That is costings; service; duration; parts etc. Not after you state free campaigne and client
Calls GM and speaks to Rochelle and says springs broken rather no parts. Again today Rochelle Quimp calls whilst one is at work. Stressing me out fot payment of brakes. Hello Rochelle it was outined to me as a campaione and free by Amanda Roos; Eugene Decker; yourself and by Theresa.
Please one would like you to please return my vehicle as is when it was brought in. Don't fix as you stated free; than no parts; iinconvenioence with no wheels for four days atmy cost. Now u got part and yet u demanding cash as was free remember.
No wander there are so many complaints regarding GM definitely iets as vout.
General Motors and staff are not sure what is happening hence the problem.
Step one enlightenn clients prior to booking free or not free as you have.
Step two check if you have parts; duration or courtesy car not done; until complained 4 days later.
Step three if u not sure find out as think before u spit ur words out rather taste them 1st.

One appologises for the inconveniences caused to you and myself. If you cannot render that which you have commited.

Please return my vehicle.
Step four seek correct info from your colleagues; peersj managers to be effective and efficient rather than deceiving client.

One was not told of any costing prior to booking. Also had no idea threre was free campaigne as was informed by Amanda on all these 2007 models only; rather these models had faulty brakes.

Difficult for me to comprehend. You enlightened me of the campaigne; told me its free and than u wanna charge for a corrosion of long pedal that was faulty all this time from 2007.

You mean to say we lucky to be alive or else hospitalised.
Are you sure vehicle needs to be refunded by you instead as will need to seek professional advice.

Thanks for stress and all that goes with it; inconvenience and time consuming and wasting my energy. No ethics; morals; scruples and principals in cooperate world.
