Booked airline ticket BKK to MEL. (ref. 51252) Tried paying by Paypal was told pay by WU or B/Transfer. Was instructed to complete a form making payment to an individual in the UK. Problems with their bank caused a change to be made to pay to:- Sergejs Kuznecovs, Nordea Bank Riga branch, 15 Kalku St, Riga LV -1050. Made payment, no confimation, no ticket received. Tele both UK and Lithuania number without success. Over 15 messages each having to be sent through " My Itineries " on the website. On each occassion my reply was for payment to the same individual but at differant bank address. The email number on the website does not exist and the providance is suspect. Owned by:- Visuva Travel Ltd, part of the Ruta Ivanova Trip Co with sister company Momondo. Only Momondo is contactable but have denied any link. Membership of IATA but there is no complaints procedure. Have threatened legal action which illicitated no response
