I went to check my balance online and was unpleasantly surprised by two unauthorized pending transactions from Valve Software for $50 and then $100. I immediately called my bank and had them cancel my card but unfortunately there was no way for them to stop the transactions that were already pending. I’m irritated beyond belief, and I know I should be thankful that they only got $150 but these idiots still got money from me by stealing my card numbers. Have no idea how they got a hold of it because my card was/still is in my possession. Am currently waiting for the results of my Visa dispute that I filed against Valve Software. I’m amazed by all the complaints against this company and can’t help but wonder how does this continues to happen?
