Yesterday, I noticed 2 charges and 1 pending charge in my bank account for $39.99, $29.99, and $39.99 to Valve Software. After contacting my bank and submitting a complaint, I found out that there had been various charges to Valve software since March (my husband deals with the bank account and had failed to realize these weren't something legitimate). The total amounts to about $300 but my bank can only give me credit for $129.00 since the charges were for more than 90 days. I called and left a message, sent an email to the company, and just now sent an email via the site to the President, Gabe Newell. We'll just see if I get any response. I want my money back!
