I ordered just two samples. I didnt recieve it. So i emailed them to cancel it but no respond. They took US $195ish 17/June $166ish on 20/June from my bank account. And now i found US$5 and US$10 were gone to them today. I rang them (US.Au. UK) but they were not available? What's going on? I am not happy at all. Could some one tell me if you got money back or i have to give up on it and let it go?
