Beware of this fraudulent company and thief!!! We hired John Ferguson per the recommendation of Victoria Rogers Ferguson (his wife - and my mother's former housekeeper) to manage my mother's rental property. The first year things were going pretty well. The second year (garnering my trust and renewing our contract) John failed to make any rent deposits (with the exception of two). He also still has our current renter's security and pet deposits. Mr. Ferguson, nor his wife Victoria will return my, nor my renter's phone calls. He has igonored the letter I FED EXd to his home requesting a resolution to this matter. My mother is disabled and this has put my elderly mother into financial hardship. I will never do business with John or Victoria again. I have noticed that MidSouth Investor Solutions is also going by the name of EZ Qualifying Rentals.
