First of all I’d like to introduce myself; I’m Sherif Nabil Edward From Egypt, I invested my Money In Virgin Gold Co. (VGMC) Locate In panama & Dubai; in the following points I’ll illustrate to You what they told us exactly:-
1- VGMC Investment depend on issuing Convertible Preferred Stocks (CPS) – PLATINUM to its premier shareholders.
2- The return of CPS-PLATINUM Dividend is paid in troy ounce (s) of platinum
3- Minimum Order to subscribe 10,000 CPS-Platinum shares (started in Oct. - US$1.0/share) & received monthly share dividends 1 oz Platinum. (to be withdraw on 1st of each month)
4- They Announced That they will remain issuing CPS Platinum within 2014.
5- After This the company take the procedures for initial public offering (IPO).
What actually happened
1- I subscribed on oct. 2012 with the Minimum Order 10,000 CPS-Platinum Shares
2- I made 1st cash withdraw on 1st of Dec. 2012 (about $1512)
3- On Nov. I made other acc. With $11000.
4- According to their announcement which declare that they will remain issuing CPS Platinum within 2014 (I decided to transfer the monthly dividend to shares until Feb. 2013).
5- I began to make cash withdraw for both of Acc. On 1st of April & I already withdraw dividend with amount of $4550.
6- On 1st of May I Made order for cash withdraw But VGMC didn’t transfer any dividend for all shareholders.
7- On 1st of June VGMC decided to Stop paying the monthly dividend and begin procedure of initial public offering (IPO)

Aspx) from this steps it’s clear that I’ll pay an extra money for listing and no other solution announced also they declared that Shareholders who do not complete these KYC procedures by 31st December will lose any rights to be allotted any shares in LISTCO.
