I purchased an on line special offer for a starter kit for the advertised price of $4.95 which was for shipping. The offer was very misleading, making people think that it was an introductory special. After receiving the starter kit, which is a value of about $20, this poor excuse for a business billed my credit card for $109. After disputing the charge, they offered to give me a credit for $40, and made me send the kit back to them. So I have now paid $4.95 for shipping and an additional $69 for a product worth $20 that I was not even allowed to keep. So it cost me $73.95 for absolutely nothing. How can a company get away with this type of scam?
I find it hard to believe that they can be permitted to get away with this deceitful type of business practice.
