While on-line, a pop-up appeared saying "product-testers" were being sought in my area for a new skin-care product, Aura Vie, for only a $2.95 s&h charge. I received the product which contained no explanations. After 10 days $97.88 was taken from my account by Aura-Vie, which billed itself as Nuskin. I contacted the company through my bank and was informed that I had been part of a 10 day trial-offer. I had not been informed of this and am totally disgusted by Aura Vie's deliberately misleading marketing tactics. Banks need to become more protective of their customers when they complain about companies such as Aura Vie. Beware of Aura Vie/Nuskin. I am going to continue to fight to have my $97.88 refunded. It seems to me that Aura Vie/Nuskin walks a thin line bordering on the out-right fraudulent. If they were a bona-fide company they would not use such misleading tactics.
