I bought a 2006 dodge ram from jeremy franklins suzuki and was giving a autocheck report that said the truck had never been in a accident. After 2 months of having the vehicle i started to have problems and took it to a mechanic. They asked me if it has ever been in an accident and i said no. They scanned my vehicle thru autocheck and told me it was in a multipal impact collision on 09-26. Thats 90 days before i purched the vehicle. I took the truck back to the dealership "within a 90 day period" and told them and showed them the original auto check report i was giving when i bought the truck which said 0 accidents. They ran a second auto check that showed the accident. They told me there is nothing they would do and to take it up with autocheck. They never explained anything about autochecks buyback protection and registering with them within 90 days.By the time i found out about the buyback protection it was to late and my claim was denied. Ive now turned to call for action news and the attourney general. I hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you.
