You told me that you have previously told me many times that I have to pay £200.00 for you to process my application for £1,000.00 and if I don't by the end of today you will cancel my application and as a result I will loose all the money I have previously paid to your company which totals £818.47. I then told you that is not acceptable by me and you then told me I should stop wasting your time and you hang up on me.
Consequently, another of your colleagues (Mr Kelvin) called me and apologised and promised to help me. He transfered £570.00 to my account and asked me to buy 3 UKash vouchers with it. I did exactly that and still no money regarding my loan was sent, rather he asked me for another £200.00 which I managed to find to buy the UKash Vouchers he requested. This totals a payments of £1,018.47 that I have now made to your company.
Invariably, he called again to ask me for another £400.00 which I then said I haven't got and have no other person I could refer to for help.
