As others have stated about this website, I was under the impression this would be a $1.00 fee for a vehicle history report. I specifically clicked this option but it didn't matter, They charge you for their $9.95 option anyway. Tried doing their online chat immediately with no help. They told me their manager would email me in 15 minutes but answered none of my questions. I am now talking with a second person who is asking me all the exact same questions but isn't answering any of mine. Consumer beware. I got NO HISTORY on the car and they charged me $9.95 for my troubles.
