We got 4 phones from Ntelos and three of them have been "switched" out at least 2 times and one of the three smartphones have been swapped 4 times. We still have the same issues with the phones and each time we call we get offered new phones IF we pay more than $160 to switch them. We have spent multiple hours in stores and on the phone and one of said reatil visits last more than 6 hours and lost a day of work.
