Since sometime in March there has been a comcast fiberoptic cable stretched across our property. We are not a Comcast customer. I have called them 4-5 times to come back and bury the cable and each time they assure me it will be done and they give me a work order number. Each time they do not arrive and the cable remains stretched across my driveway and yard. People coming up the driveway have tripped over it; the lawn people have to move it each week they mow. It is a hazard and there is no way I can see to resolve this issue. I called again today as they did not show up and got the usual "we will look into it and call you back". I never heard another word and the cable remains across our yard. I am totally frustrated.
