I have confronted the person running this store on several occasion and asked him to fix and clean his restroomS and clean his retention pond adjacent to my store. He has his customers buying gas and merchandise from his store but coming over to use my clean restrooms and purchase nothing. I've cleaned the retention pond twice on my side and I've asked him to do the same, he refused. He has a detailing service person who suppose to t
