I am an 83 yr old veteran trying to cut expenses & was assured by Justin
MLB baseball games and local news would be available & all hooked up Monday. I had magic jack.
2 men arrived to hook up, very messy never answered questions as to why
they did not hookup internet A box arrived from AT&T and I was to install It didn't work which meant i had no phone for over a week, & next man said it was not installed correctly? Now i want to watch giants games & not available so I called Direct tv $200 or $300 for thathe games? No i was assured when i signed up i would receive. No one cared that I was ripped off, so I cancelled & went back to comcast
My bank was charged 471.89 which is a hardship when on a fixed income. Rec'd no reponse from Adam Sandoval when complaint was filed with Fcc?
This company lied did not care that i was not receiving service. I suggested they listen to recorded phone call. They intend to keep my money for 2 yr contract for which they have provided no service. They never mentioned ATT&T which has dropped their charge per FCC complaint
