I paid for what I thought was a $1 report and after I checked the report it had no title, odometer or accident reports. Then checked my account and they had charged me $9.95 for a 3 car report. No where in reading the disclaimers did it say sign up for $1 but we really will charge you $9.95. The text message stated that a manager would personally be contacting me via email in one hour, never happened, so I emailed and texted back with no response. What a nice little scam that company is running. Probably sitting on a beach in Florida sipping a martini laughing all the way to the bank. Do not use this company.
