Received call from 0-202—11-3341 stating they were windows best help and telling me i had problems with my computer that was affecting the microsoft server. I attempted to confirm and they seemed to have had all the right answers. I allowed them into my computer to do repairs and only later did i find out this may be a scam.
They had me call 1-866-539-8674 for verification of who they were and i did many times during the agreeing to let them on. I unfortunately then allowed them to bill my credit card.
Now not sure what they have and don't have but am working on stopping all transactions.
