Got my parcel from sammydress.com when I opened it some of the item were broken or not working at all. Which I selected gift for my relatives. I informed sammydress through emails, live chat send them pictures as well. Nothing seems working. They are not returning my money back. I know 10$ is a small amount but its not about money it's about company's trust and policy which we believe on them blindly while we did payment.
