I downloaded the application for www.sammydress.com on my IPHONE, it claims all orders placed through the phone app recieve 10% off, i did not recieve 10% off, my order has been "processing" for a week

I contacted the company - no response

Researched sammydress - 18 complaints on scambook and many other complaints online

Opened a dispute in Paypal - hoping paypal will help me recieve a refund but before this stage i'm waiting for a response from the company which i doubt will happen
