Went to the Internet to purchase more reasonably priced Lululemon garments and found "cheaplululemon.com". This website has the lululemon logo and all the pictures of their garments (real names used) at discounted prices. Went to purchase 2 jackets for $108. The garments arrived and where so poorly stitched, I sent them an email. They responded asking for pictures which I sent. Since then, I haven't heard back from them. The charge now appears on my BofA statement for $111.63 along with a Foreign Transaction Fee of $3.34. I just spoke to Billing Dispute at BofA. They say the website or emails from this website needs to say "authentic" lululemon otherwise I'm out of luck. What's the recourse then if my credit card company doesn't chargeback???
