Ever felt unbeliavably humiliated and used? To the point where you're just out of your mind? I feel like that now, considering I was so stupid, and greedy for money that it came back to bite me.
I sold my car... Or so I thought, and looking at the money in my bank, everything seemed great, almost too good to be true and it was! So I got contacted by the alleged "Mr Smith" and upon being so naive, I sent all he wanted (my info) and he sent me a check for 2x my car's value. So I thought "okay, he wants this, I want my car to be sold, it all works out" very very very wrong.
The bank cleared the check after a week, and I interpreted this as if the check was real and everything is in order. So I withdrew the excess money, sent them via Western Union, and waited for the car to be picked up, as I never thought that the bank would give me the money if it wasn't there. Wrong again, as my bank account was closed the day after.
So now, what basically happens is, that I have to sell my car to repay the bank. Isn't it funny how great and nice life works out?
I technically did not lose more than just my car, but I would love, but being scammed like that not only leaves an imprint on myself, for can't think straight now. Such a thing makes you not wanting to trust yourself and worst, other people trust you.
How I would love some justice, and I swear, I will do anything should anybody be willing to help me, either investigate the perpetrator or just anything at all.
