Okay, after calls to AT&T telling them my PC is not working... Was sent
a repair man dated: 6/14 to remove the U-verse phone that I never
ordered all I needed was just the long-distance with AT&T and they sent out a man to put in the phone about a week before... Now I find the guy they sent before Messed up land line to Send-Fax's and when they was asked to fix it back after removing the U-verse line to fix the problem... I was told They can't fix the issue with my PC. Now I know before the wire lines was messed with I had no Problems... Now I finds out the phone lines Incoming and outgoing phone was Crossed and not set-up back to send on my land-line alone with my Home Security System line was also messed up... BECAUSE THE AT&T SERVICE MAN did not know how to get the wires of the phone set to respond back to work. Meanwhile I had to pay Micro soft to set my PC and I had to pay My Security System A fee to come out and fix the wires back after At&t had the wires outgoing crossed wrong so it didn't work property. AT&T Is not the phone, Internet, TV, Cell-Phone Company to come into anyone home... Mainly because They don't give the customer all the facts on the product as far as setting the product to work and if there's a problem knowing how to fully fix it... Also asking the customer to install any new U-verse product... I wish I never had AT&T in my home... I am still having a hard time with the company... Now I been with AT&T for years... And never had a problem until they started wanting to come into my home changing with bad offers and not fully knowing how to install new ideas. I don't went AT&T to ever come into my home ever again, and if I can find a new phone Provider I Will.
