I secured a loan with Rosenthal & Hirsch Financial for 10,000. They wanted me to put up collateral because of my poor credit. I sent then 4 payments in advance (1260). Needless to say they wanted more collateral which I refused to pay. I canceled the loan and was told I would be refuned my money on July 3rd. This definetly seems like a SCAM...
