I was living in a one bedroom apt. My bills were climbing rapidly every month so I contacted landlord along with other residents as well as FPL Company. All other residents were paying between $72.00 up to $80.00 per month. FPL came out twice and they finally found out that the pipe under my apt. Was broken. I would have to move as they would have to use a jack hammer which would go through my bathroom, closet and into the kitchen, at least that was what I was told. You can't just go live somewhere else and then move back in when they were finished. Anyway to make this short my last bill was $607.46 I wasn't even there and I should be given a credit or just send me a check because this is going to trash my credit and I didn't cause any of these problems and they won't call me back and let me speak to someone, or speak to a superviser as when I called them again a week ago I was told they would call me back no later than this past Friday and here we are at Saturday.
