US Airways not compliant with spam can act of 2003

For five years I have been harassed by this company via email due to signing up for their dividend points program. Each year I did not use my points the would tell me I had to purchase from them or lose my points or a portion of them. This of course was never told to me.
My family has saved them so we could take a trip now we can't. Fixed income. We have tried but never could ever get a date we wanted out of providence RI with seats on same flight. Due to medical reasons we must and cannot stand by.

The out thing the did was try to sell sell sell to a family who could not buy. I made, called, faxed and "opted out" via we page 50x (literally to no avail. This is against the "CAN-SPAM Act of 2003"

Signed into law by President George W. Bush on December 16.
If a user opts out, a sender has ten days to cease sending and can only use that email address for compliance purposes. The legislation also prohibits the sale or other transfer of an e-mail address after an opt-out request. The law also requires that the unsubscribe mechanism must be able to process opt-out requests for at least 30 days after the transmission of the original message.
I made a last attempt on or around 6-18-13 explaining in detail my deep concern. I want the spam to stop and all of my miles at the very least to be refunded due to the fact that I paid 100.00 to buy them back when my son only booked a trip and way ahead of time I cancelled. They said I would lose them!!! I had to buy MY free miles I earned while they are breaking the law and harassing me daily.
Any other correspondence except a confirmation that I have yet to get stating I have been removed will be faxed directly to them and forwarded to: spam@uce. Gov
I'm very sorry for the wordy complaint. The email listed is not the only email they send spam from. I delete them so I don't have handy. Anyone else come across these dividend mile harassment?
