These companies are using your services to conduct fraudulent activity upon US Businesses and copyright infringement.
These companies in China and Hong Kong are scamming businesses by selling merchandise without intent to deliver the merchandise. They are collecting the money from individuals, companies and small businessman and delivering them fake tracking numbers. They are representing themselves as factories and factory authorized distributors claiming to be licensed to sell such merchandise.
These companies have made it their specialty to fraud US Companies (Small Businesses) by luring them into purchase consumer electronics goods while claiming to be authorized factories of such products and merchandise.
The companies are violating US Copyright Laws and weakening the American Economy by committing fraud against numerous small businesses throughout America.
The crimes are being facilitated with the help of an America company “Western Union”. Western Union accepts on responsibility for their aid in allowing these company to continue to exploit American companies financially and refuse to implement any safety measure of reporting, blocking and banding such individual and companies abroad to cease such illegal activities and actions against American Companies.
The American Small Businessman has the rights to be protected from financial fraud and American companies should not aid others abroad or within our nation to practice such illegal activities.
These companies must be stopped and there should be a forum establish and advertised which to post such entities and their illegal actions as notification to and for the American Small Businessman.
