When the windows were installed, they came with a Life-Time Warranty. Recently the seal was broken in one window. We called and were informed of their name change and they informed us they would send an appraiser to give us an estimate. Which was done. Now we call their number and get no answer and they have never come to fix the window. Have you any information on this company?
