I bought a binocular from eforchina online, but they send the wrong item with a lower price, when I inform them about it, they refuse unless I send them back the item first, which I naturally cant oblige because it will cause me more loss due to shipping expenses for a mistake that they incur, so I tell them that I would just keep the wrong item, but instead just return to me my over payment to them, but they did not do so and stop replying.
