Misinformation was given to me regarding upgrading computer virus protection. Purchase went through on my VISA credit card but when no purchase order confirmation or service contract was e-mailed to me, I became suspicious. 24/7 PC Guard also did not "clean-up" computer problems I was having as a result of previously purchasing "similar" protection on May 1. Therefore, I was scammed twice. I exerienced being given the run-around in requesting a refund and being "accidentally" disconnected numerous times. VISA provider advised me to submit a Customer Statement of Dispute.
