Had flex hose on outdoor deck. Shut off watering wand to go inside. 10minutes later noticed water spraying all over deck coming from inner hose thru outer covering. Called and asked for replacement, offering to return damaged product and was told that without an order number to bad. I had received it as a gift at Christmas from a Grandchild. Asked that the company that makes the product can not tell if it is theirs or a knock off and they said no, I am stuck with it. Very poor customer service. Was going to but 2-100' hoses from them, not now
