Bought hose at home depot. Over past 3 months we have gone through 6 hoses. Home depot is customer service friendly enough to allow us either another flexible hose or in store credit. Well after the sixth hose we opted for in store credit and to not continue using this product. This product has several major construction flaws in the internal plastic/rubber hose and the plastic shutoff valve on the user end. First the plastic shut off valve on two hoses cracked and resulted in leaks which was solved by removing the valve and attaching hose fittings like sprayers directly to the hose like a traditional hose. However this was a purchased item that failed repeatedly as described. The major problem is the internal hose ruptured on five of the hoses and separated from the attached hose bib on the sixth. All hoses were stored in garage and used no more than once to maximum ten times before failure. One failure was at user end of hose which when the water rushed through the rupture it just happened to be in the direction of my wife's glasses which resulted in the lense popping out and scratched when it hit the ground. This hose does not last or perform in a manner described by the manufacturer. All hoses eventually fail however it should not be repeated on several separately manufactured items with so little use. Home depot actual had a store cart in which all the returned hoses was being placed and it was always at least half full. Employees didn't even ask reason for return, they simply said did it break on you too. I checked today at our home depot store and asked the store manager Adam about this product. He stated they were no longer carrying this item.
