First off THANKS A BUNCH for this site. I am renting a room as well & this is the 5th questionable email i have received. I figured it was scam because the grammar isnt correct (i will like to know if you still have it available?) and the verbage in previous emails (I'll be waiting to read back from you) were similar if not exactly the same.
