Hi my name is Maria Galvez my phone number is (Personal Information Removed) and my email address is (Personal Information Removed) and I have applied for a personal loan through online and a person name Shaun Brown called me and said he works for Check City Loan and also said I was approve for a loan up to $5,000.00 and he asked me how much loan I want to get from him and I told him I'm only gonna get $4,000.00 so he asked me for my account number and the last four digits of my social security which is I have provided it to him after giving him all my information he has asked me to buy a Money Pak and pay $268.00 in order for me to get a loan from his company so my boyfriend bought the Money Pak that Mr. Shaun Brown was talking about and we gave him the number that was in the back of that card and then I asked Mr. Shaun Brown if I have to pay anything else no just don't take the money out from that card and the funds will be deposited into my account in two hours and the $266.00 will be refunded back to me. After I spoke someone from his company has called me and told me that my credit score is low and I have to pay $202.00 for the insurance and I asked that person why I have to pay again and she said it's for the insurance for me and to they're company because of my credit score being low so she have asked me to buy a Money Pak for the amount of $202.00 so I went to buy another Money Pak and pay that $202.00 for the insurance that she was talking about but before I got off the phone with her I asked her how long do I have to wait for my funds to be transferred to my account and she said 45 minutes and I told her if she can call me back just to make sure that the money is in my account and she agreed to it. I've waited an hour and I called her back and the person who answered told me she's gone for the day so I got transferred to this person name James Anderson and he introduce his self to meas a Loan Officer of the Check City Loan. Mr. James Anderson has asked me to provide all my information just to confirm he is speaking to the right person, after I provided all my information to him he told I have to pay tax in the amount of $160.00 which is I have asked him why I have top pay again and he said I have to pay the tax in order for me to get the funds that I requested and he also said it's a big amount of loan and I am required to pay for the tax so he asked me if I have $160.00 to pay the tax and I said no I only have $100.00 with me and he said okay can you buy the Money Pak and call me back when you have it. I bought a Money Pak for the amount of $100.00 and gave him the number from the back of the card. After I have given him the number from the back of the card I have asked him how long do I have to wait for the funds to be transferred into my account and he said I'm not gonna wait that long he said I can check my account in less than an hour and the money would be in my account I checked my account in 5:23 pm and there is no money I called them back and they said the system is having a problem and I asked them how long do I have to wait in order for the funds to be transferred into my account and they told me an hour and 30 minutes and Have also ask if they can give me a call to let me know that the funds is in my account and the person I have spoke to said yes and I also asked what time time they close and I was told that they close at 7:30 pm. I've waited for that time to come and checked my bank account no funds were transferred to my account I have called them several times and did not get an answer I have left them a message and did not get a call back or a response from any of them, so I decided to call Mr. Shaun Brown and left him a message that the funds that I was suppose to be getting wasn't in my account. On Monday the 17th of June I have called Mr. Shaun Brown and explained him how upset I am and frustrated because of the promises that they have given me was not provided and I did not get any money transferred into my account so he apologize and had transferred me to this person name Brian Wilson. As I was speaking to Mr. Brian Wilson he has asked me to pay $200.00 because of my credit score which is I did not give them anymore money and then on the 18th of June which is today I have spoken to Mr. Shaun Brown again and asked if I can just get my money back because of all the problems they have given specially by asking me to pay them again so he told me that the check is ready to be transferred into my account and just waiting for me to pay the $200.00. Mr. Shaun Brown has given me the Bank of America phone number and told me to ask for Mr. Bruce Thompson so I called the number that Mr. Shaun Brown has given me I spoke to Mr. Bruce Thompson and I asked why I have to pay $200.00 and he said my credit score is low and it's also for the tax for issuing a big amount of loan to me and I said no because it seems like they are just getting all my money just to make believe I am really gonna get the loan in the amount of $4,000.00 so Mr. Bruce Thompson has given me the address of the Bank of America where he works for. I did a research on the address and phone number that Mr. Bruce Thompson has provided me and I found it so I called the branch and ask the employee if there is person with that name works there and she said no. So I called Mr. Shaun Brown and explained him all the details that I was given from the branch of the Bank of America employee and he didn't believe me so I asked if I can speak to Mr. James Anderson and he said yes and transferred me to Mr. James Anderson I have explained Mr. James Anderson about my situation and concern but he's still asking me to pay the $200.00 in order for me to get the loan in the amount of $4,000.00 but I refuse to pay and ask for my money back and how long do I wait to get my money back and Mr. James Anderson said it takes 1 week to cancel the application and i have to pay $175.00 for the cancellation because my application has been processed already and the check has been made and the funds are ready to be deposited into my account and I told him when all the people that works for the Check City Loan Company have asked me to pay all those amount they got it all in one day and how come I can't get my money back the same day I wanted it and Mr. James Anderson said because of all the processing that they have done I have to wait in order for me to get my money back, Mr. James Anderson has once again asked me if I still want to get the loan and I said but I'm not gonna pay another $200.00 just to get the loan and he said no that's not how it is in order for me to get that loan I have to pay the $200.00 and once I paid that $200.00 Mr. James Anderson said that he will be contacting me and tell me that the money is in my account in 20 minutes which is I still didn't believe him. Now all I want is to get my money back in the amount of $568.00 that I given them and not getting anything deposited into my account as they have promised me. I did not get a single penny deposited into my account. Please help me to get my money back and how can we stop all these people from scamming alot of people. I will be providing you all the phone numbers of the people I have spoke to and these are the people claiming that they work for Check City Loan Company.
