Account was charged $99 and caused an overdraft of $30. I tried to return the product and get a refund because this product and the RVTL caused a rash and I'm not able to use it. I was told repeatedly that it was nonrefundable because it had been over 14 days. Any company that will not stand behind their product it must be a scam.
