I signed up Ben around a month ago despite having seen complaints about him on the web. I asked him to explain these and he said it was down to his competitors trying to rubbish him. I explained what I wanted and Ben agreed to create articles and backlinks to improve our rankings. I also wanted him to send me one or two articles which I could use as a template for my own articles in order to boost our rankings further.
I never received any articles, communication was appalling to say the least, I don't believe he did any work for the £135 I gave him and he is 100% unreliable. Do not use him; he seems pleasant enough on the phone but he is a waste of space. I am not a competitor, just a disgruntled customer who has been ripped off.
