I bought their package of downloadable shed plans. They advertised a "full materials list" and access to "12,000 shed Materials Lists and Blueprints". I also bought the CD because I have a relatively slow Internet connection. The plans were $37 and the CD was $24.95. I complained on 5/7 that the downloaded plans I saw did not contain materials lists nor were they complete blueprints and requested a refund. I waited for the CD to appear. After it appeared I examined it and found that it did not contain the complete materials lists for the few sheds it contained (nowhere close to 12,000) plus it was extremely inadequate in detail. What it contained could, in no way, be considered as "detailed blueprints". I again requested a refund on June 5. I again requested a refund on June 7. So far I have received no response from them except to give me a "Medium Priority" ticket number of 8994 on May 7.
