The complaint has two component. False advertising and non delivery of good. Your advertise states that "buy 3 and get 3 free for the price of R239.00 each", but it charged for the 6 items. On the 03 May i placed an order. I was expected to be charged R717.00 plus delivery, but to my surprise I was charged R1483.00. What makes me realize that I was charged for all 6 bottles. The worse of all, today is the 14 June over a month later and I have not received any goods. This is not acceptable.
