I am filing a complaint against a company by the name of Georgia Auto Gallery and how they were very unprofessional and broke laws when it came to selling me a car. I purchused a car back in Jan of this year 2013 and at the time of the purchase I was new to the Ga area and was not aware of the laws about a dealer has to have a car go through emmission inspection before they can sell a car to a customer, However they sold this car to me anyway with out this being done. I had problems as soon as I brought it and informed them of the problems such as having a hard time trying to get tags and registration as well as mechanical problems, on two different occasions. They claimed they had fixed the problem 1st time however they did not and i ended up having to take it back for repairs a second time and they had my car almost a month before i got it back. Now they told me that I did not have to worry about making a payment this second time until may of this year however they claimed that I fell behind in my payments and on June they repossed the car. Now as I went on with these problems I did file a complaint with the BBB and the Secretary Of State and I fell that my car was repossed due to the complaints I filed and a way for them to retaleate against me for what I had done, Now I am without my car and all my personal belongings that was in the car because they refuse to give them to me until I give them the key. From the beginning of this car sale they were wrong in their conduct and I am almost at the point where I maybe losing my job due to not having any transportation and on top of that I am out of my downpayment and car payments which the last one I made was on June 03 I need help and need them to reimburst me for everything that they have put me though for I would not be sitting here writting this now if they had only did things right in the beginning.
