I used Randy's company about 4 months ago to get myself an aged corporation for a small business I wanted to start. Im only 20 years old but I do have great knowledge in business as it isn't the first time I start a small company.
I was referred to Randy so I unfortunately did not look him up before I used his services. Like Everyone else, he was very easy to contact when it came to paying him, but after a few weeks over the given dead line for my aged corporation, he still didn't provide... It is then that I started asking for my refund, Contacting him started becoming a hassle. So he told me that business is bad for him and that he will have to refund me in several payments (which I was ok with). He gave me a first check that did not go trough and since its just been a crazy series of excuses... Its been 6 weeks that I started asking for my refund and I haven't seen a dime of it... I finally started a legal procedure because I cannot afford to give up my refund.
