I ordered an electric cigarette starter kit from this company (8886621161 phone #) They say that I checked a box allowing them to charge me this amount after 2 weeks. I do not recall any such box. I'm pretty careful about things like this. She did say that the box also contained the statement that I was at least 21 and that is probably all it said where you could see it without scrolling all the way down. I just think that it is pretty unprinciples for them to do this to so many people.
