My ex boyfriend has been looking for loans and I have had a charge for £26.34 taken from my account. I have been in touch with the bank and they have told me to contact Smile Finance which I have been trying to do over and over again. I am only 17 so this should never have been taken from my account. If they had made checks they would know that I am not allowed by law to have a loan so why has the money left my account
