Do not accept any 'free' samples from this company. They are total thieves. I accepted a £4.99 'free sample' which I later discovered had cost me twice, once at £4.99 and another at £1.99. This was supposedly for p p so I just let it go. Then I receive my Mastercard statement and there is a charge for £97.50. I rang the company and a rude, aggressive, abrasive individual (male) took the call. He bellowed at me that this was all my fault and that I had accepted the terms and conditions of the 'offer' which (apparently) was that if I did not return the product within 2 weeks I would be charged full price for it. This is complete (Inappropriate Content Removed). At no point were these 'terms and conditions' EVER displayed. I was promised a £30 refund as a 'goodwill gesture' and an email from them confirming that I would receive no more of their (Inappropriate Content Removed). Of course neither the email nor the refund ever materialised.
